All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our villa is a gorgeous 8,000 sq ft luxury estate that functions well for a multitude of activities, including production. We sit on a 3 acre hilltop that offers three views... mountain, city and sunset. The interior of the home offers an abundance of natural light, a choice of beautiful backdrops, twenty foot ceilings with handmade lighting, luxury furnishings, a chef's kitchen, grand game room, formal dining room, family room and bar. The villa has a gorgeous courtyard flanked by 11ft decorative gates that lead into the vast green grass field, in the rear of the home. It offers two rear patios with fire tables. From the courtyard there is also a magnificent staircase that leads down into a 16,000 sq ft area of turf. There is plenty of space for a large production crew, makeup and wardrobe. We offer easy loading, parking for 50 cars and privacy from neighbors. We can also arrange catering for any size budget and group.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
