Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

The overall space was good. Only thing I was disappointed about was that the carpet was not cleaned the day of my event and it smelled like cigarettes.

Space gets a 4, staff gets a 1 Nice large space but older furniture, lots of stairs to get to the elevator to go down to the space so be aware. We had lots of heavy things to bring down (10 stairs up to the lobby) and asked to use the outdoor handicap elevator, the staff said no and my friend got mad and swore at the staff (not good) so the man (Nicolas Blackwood) said "things will be bad for you now". At that point they said don't talk to us. Well then he retaliated and would not allow a guest with a walker to use the handicap elevator, not cool and illegal!

WHAT A NIGHT! The space was perfect for my wedding! We enjoyed ourselves and everyone loved the space! The tenants were nice and respectful of the event going on and no one bothered us at all! Thank you!!

I love this beautiful Venue! Perfect for my Baby Shower. We had a little over 50 people and still felt like we could fit more. Very spacious and wide, so much room for kids to run around. There’s a nice stairwell for a grand entrance, and patio area with seats and a lot of greenery for picture taking. The hosts were accommodating, generous, kind and very helpful. All my guests were amazed by this venue and said they would love to rent the spot for their own parties! I would definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

Very responsive was the host. The space was what was described on the advertised. Well clean and a lot of space. The community mgmt was acknowledged we was going to be there. Very helpful!!!

Yes, I would book again.

This was an amazing space to host an event and the staff at the eaves (especially Jason) are wonderful and great to work with! The only drawback is that parking is a little difficult at the space (people need to park in another lot that's not directly in front of the entrance), but other that that, this space was amazing!

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent space! Very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. A couple lights were not working, but other than that we really enjoyed our time.
