Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Danielle was an amazing host. The spot while having a different couch color than pictured is perfection. She also provided a detailed PDF to help with checking in... which is AMAZING for people like me who are just lost at life when it comes to finding lockboxes and locations of things in general. I will for sure be back and would love to work with her again. She has so many pretty spaces listed

Danielle's space is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I was honestly shocked at how it was even possible to be more gorgeous in person. The layout, the exposed brick, the lighting, the VIEWS!!! Everything about it. She was also fantastic with communication and made everything easy to check in and check out. I'm already looking to book her space again, it was perfect!!

This loft was absolutely beautiful. I honestly wanted to move-in, because how could you not want to bask in so much light, living amongst chic modern furniture, and feel like you're living the coziest cosmopolitan life? You wouldn't. The perfect space for boudoir, lifestyle, couple, and intimate shoots.

I needed a space in a hurry (three days notice!) and Danielle was more than accommodating with this space. The place was very easy to find and get into. When I and my client arrived inside though, we did notice it there were some things amiss, but that wasn't really a bother. However, Danielle had shown up moments after to clean up a bit as the cleaning crew were down a person that day. I was very impressed with that. I will definitely be booking the space and other with Danielle again.

Danielle was very accommodating and gave clear instructions to get into the space. The loft is beautiful and clean. The only thing is that the sofa is a different color than the one in the picture. The turquoise sofa was one of the reasons I booked the loft but the space was beautiful nonetheless and I got some great shots.
