- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

It comes complete with double oven, forward-facing gas range and food prep area, double-door refrigerator, and a host of appliances & tools, dishware and cutlery. Our Lifestyle Set is made of reclaimed wood walls, includes a 42" television, and clean white couches make a unique and comfortable set for chatting with guests or leading discussions for all kinds of interview-based shows and Vlogs. Our Screening Lounge has stadium seating up to 25 ppl, equipped with a Full, color-calibrated HD projection, and 5.1 Digital Surround Sound with rumbling bass and crisp & clear trebles. It's perfect for investor pitches, dailies, or client reviews. We’ve even got a popcorn maker, just ‘cuz. The location was excellent for sound, and client + agency had a comfortable video village arrangement. The kitchen made craft services easy and accessible.
