This space is perfect for photo shoots, dinner parties, business meetings, temporary coworking space, and intimate events. Corner unit situated on the 40+ floor with 12-foot ceiling provides natural sunlight all day long. Beautiful sunrise and sunset with breathtaking views of Manhattan looking south and east. The view of the Empire State Building right in front of your eyes through the floor to ceiling windows, and views of Manhattan, NJ, and Brooklyn spanning the entire space. I've hosted dinner parties, brunch parties, evening gatherings, cocktail parties, photo shoots, intimate musical performance and many more! Premier sound system adds flare to any ambiance you would like to create (Connection through Sonos available). For sit-down events, the large dining table is suitable for business meetings or lunch/dinner events with up to 10 guests. Large white leather sectional couch with soft furry throws provides the ultimate comfort and style for your guests, and seats an additional 8. For standing/cocktail events, the space fits up to 50 but we allow only up to 30 to keep the space organized and comfortable. Natural sunlight and minimalist modern design make the space the perfect match for photo shoots - head shots, fashion shoots, product shoots, make-up & cosmetics shoots, promo video shoots, etc. (Please note that the guitar pictured will not be available for use). *This space includes pictured area only (e.g. living and dining area), and 1 guest bathroom available right next to the living area. Host lives in the apartment. *If kitchen use is needed please select add-on at the rate of $100/hr. Please include the following information in your booking request: 1) What is the booking for? 2) How many guests are you expecting? 3) Are you planning to bring in furniture or large-size supplies such as folding tables and chairs, DJ equipment, camera equipment, etc? If so, please indicate quantity and size. *We also provide deep house DJ services as an add-on for $120/hr. Other important booking notes: 1) Since this is also our private home, guests must remove shoes upon entering the space. We can generally make exceptions for video and photo shoots, so please let us know your needs in the booking request. 2) No red wines (except for sit-down dinners) to help protect the walls and furniture 3) Please respect your booking start and end times, and inform any vendors and friends that early access prior to the scheduled start time is not allowed. Make sure you account for set-up and wrap-up time in your requested hours. By your scheduled end time, we need to be able to lock up, with everyone and everything out of the space. We allow a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled end time before over-time kicks in. Over-time will be charged at the regular rate per hour at 1-hr increments (no partial hours). 4) Similarly, after a booking is confirmed, we deploy resources to check you in at the scheduled start time. If you arrive later than your scheduled start time, there is a $75 late check-in fee for every 30 minutes you are late (no partial time). There is a 10-minute grace period for your scheduled start time before the clock kicks in. 5) No smoking. 6) A security deposit of $500+ required depending on nature of event, through Venmo or Paypal per Peerspace rules.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The host starts being very nice and charm in order for you to book the place. However, they are very picky about everything and have so many different rules. These rules are not even normal which she just causes problems for everyone there. For example that no shoes are not allowed inside when we have people triple her age coming in are not going to remove their shoes. In the end, they kept my extra deposit by stealing it by claiming we damaged her speakers which they were not even used during the event. They did this on purpose in order for them to take the extra money from us. They are scammers and they will do the same to you. I asked them multiple times to show proof that the speakers weren't damaged from before. They had no answer. They just blamed me when I didn't even use them so I couldn't even verify if it was damaged.

I had my birthday party for 20 people at Michelle’s place. It was the perfect size for my party. All my guests were in awe of how beautiful the view was! You can see the empire state building glow up close and personal! Michelle was so friendly and welcoming. She accomodated all our party needs, answered all my questions, and went out of her way to make my party perfect. We also called her to extend out stay and she made it easy to fulfill our request. Absolutely would throw a party here again!
