Industrial Photo Studio with an Amazing Rooftop in Hollywood

PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. Rental time ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio. If you’re interested in multi-day shooting, please note an additional fee may be charged for displacement. *The posted price per hour is for a crew of 10 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION -- No sexually explicit projects including PORNOGRAPHY. Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs *Overtime charge is 1.5x regular hourly rate. Requests for overtime should be done at least 1h before the original end time. *You can change the interior as long as you return everything to where it was when you clean up. * No use of the common areas inside the building for storage/setup. You can use the rooftop of the building for photo/video shoots for an additional $200 flat rate. However, please keep in mind that this is a common area and if there are other people on the rooftop, you cannot ask them to leave or move around in order to get your shot. If you want to book the entire rooftop exclusively for your team, this is also a possibility, you just have to let me know in advance and we can discuss it. * This is not a sound proof space, and when using the facility there is a possibility of noise/distraction like music or speech. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Music and noise must be kept to a minimum. *Cleaning: you will be responsible to take out trash, return everything to where it was, the cleaning fee only covers the before and after cleaning of the floors and bathroom. Client must also and turn off all the lights when they leave. Breaking this rule will result in a $50 charge in addition to the cost of repair/replacement. SCOUTING-- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Client/Renter must never leave the space unlocked and unattended. Client/Renter is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the apartment itself during their stay. Client/Renter is responsible for closure and security of the apartment at the end of their session if unaccompanied by a representative from the space. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the space. Breaking this rule in any way will result in immediate expulsion and a $250 fine. No Smoking inside the loft is allowed. No one who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will be admitted in the property. Clients/Renters have full rights to use of photos, film, and other media from their session or shoot, unless otherwise specified.
