PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY: Listed Airbnb rate is ONLY applicable for overnight stay (does NOT include events/gatherings). However, if you wish to book Formula Garage for an event/gathering, we have the following packages (all logistics will need to be approved in advance): CLUB HOUSE includes poker / pool table, Living Room with multimedia entertainment center, full kitchen, and upstairs balcony (with outdoor furniture and bar setup). Monday-Thursday $120/hr (4 hr min); Fri-Sun $160/hr (4 hr min). **Patio can be added on separately for $30/hr (4hr minimum)** THE MUSEUM (Garage Bay) includes access to downstairs patio (with outdoor furniture, bar setup, and outdoor sink/fridge). Electrical access and stage for live entertainment is also included. Monday-Thursday $120/hr (4 hr min); Fri-Sun $160/hr (4 hr min). **The Front Bay available as an add-on for $80/hr to either MUSEUM or CLUBHOUSE booking** NOTE **Rates are subject to change based on holidays or special occasions** NOTE **If setup time needed, it will be offered at a discounted hourly rate of $30/hr** NOTE **Management will give a courtesy 30 min heads up before event end-time and all guests will be given a 15-min grace period to vacate property** There will be property management service throughout event (included in price). If more than 3 hrs of cleaning is required, additional cleaning hours are $25/hr. All hourly rates are quoted for 25 GUESTS MAX. Guest count over 25 will carry an additional fee of $15/person but maximum guest count will be assessed on a case by case basis. If an overnight stay is booked, a a small gathering of MAX 15 people and 4 hrs MAX is allowed, and a fee of $20/add’l person is collected in advance. The overnight stay will be discounted by 10% if booked with an small gathering of 10-15 people. We will need to pre-approve all gatherings/events that include serving of alcohol. Options that can be added (at add'l cost) to any event: Arcade Room (for 6 persons, $90 first 30 min, then $60 each add'l 30 min) Media Room w/85" 4KTV and Dolby Atmos soundbar, media sofa, massage chair ($75) Concierge/Valet Services Photoshoot/Videoshoot space (clean white walls / floors with High Output Lights) Bar service, including custom packages Food catering Staffing and Event Rentals Private chef DJ/band
