About the Space

Our elegant executive conference room is perfect for any meeting, brainstorming session, or presentation. This fully private space will be sure to provide your group with everything you need! The space features: Conference table with 6 swivel office chairs Wifi HD TV with HDMI capabilities (cord not included) Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available onsite but can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride share services.

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!

The Executive Meeting Space In Englewood was More Than My Group Could Imagine. The Property Manager Ms. Amy provides us with superior customer service!!! She set us up on WiFi, should us around and allowed us to set up for the meeting as well as catering (By TJ Southern Gourmet). Front Desk Staff worked in collaboration with In The Meantime to great guess an escort them to the meeting room. We most certainly have more events here 💜💜
