Lea responded right away to my booking request and was super responsive throughout. I had many questions in order to prepare the production and she would pick up the phone or answer texts on the spot. The loft was nice as pictured, exactly as represented in the listing, no surprises. Also very clean and hygiene was a very important for me with Covid. Lea was the sweetest, helping setting up and letting us stay longer. The rest of the time Lea was super discreet and out of the way, yet always there when needed. I would highly recommend this host and location!!

Lea responded to my inquiry immediately. She was helpful and accommodating. The space was nice. Lea also was able to suggest a few places in the area my crew was looking to shoot. We were surprised to find a cat in the space, though thankfully no one was allergic. Would book again.

Great Space, exactly what we needed for our video/photo shoot! From the time we inquired, to the moment we left communication was great and there was someone onsite to help with any needs/request we had for the duration of our rental - the only one thing that was unexpected, was there was a cat onsite, which we asked to be kept in a separate room due to allergies.

Lea was an excellent host, communication was perfect and she was accommodating every step of the way. The black out curtains were very useful too. Lea was able to help and answer any questions I had! His space was beyond beautiful. All of the colors come to life and offer you a completely unique staging experience. It was excellent for photography and film with great natural lighting, 15 feet ceilings Hight. Overall a 10/10, it’s the perfect amount of any vibe you need with a sprinkle of excentric and artsy. Be sure to Leas book collection too!

After speaking numerous of times weeks BEFORE to Lea about her space, the cleaning that will happen before we got there especially because of Covid, and her not being in the space during the time I would be having my birthday party to keep everyone safe and social distant, etc... I was sadly welcomed with unanswered phone calls during and leading up to the event because my guest and I were confused after she buzzed us in on how to get to her loft in the building and once we arrived she told to me I was suppose to "figure it out" when I finally found her apartment. The place was not cleaned on the standards it said it would be on Peerspace's app! And to top it all of she repeatedly came out of the room to turn our music down after she said it was fine enough and we had a clear understanding I was throwing a birthday party for me and my other guest to enjoy. Why have your loft listed under parties if you don't expect there to be music and conversation flowing. Overall a terrible experience and very misleading host.
