All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Based in historic downtown Long Grove, this space boasts an elegant, high-end studio decorated in luxurious lighting and decor perfect for your next event and party! Our studio is perfect for hosting your next Shower, Birthday Party, Mitzvah, Corporate Event, Quinceañera, etc. Our 1,600 sq. ft. “Main Ballroom" and 800 sq. ft. “Cocktail Ballroom" and are decoratively arranged in a sparkling and glistening design to set the perfect scene for an upcoming event or party. Our space includes 3 bathrooms (2 women, 1 men), a fully arranged granite-countertop kitchenette, $20,000 worth of chandeliers between both ballrooms, all bamboo flooring in the two ballrooms, full sound systems, and tile flooring in the waiting and "midsections" of the studio. Located in the heart of Long Grove provides you a plentiful amount of options for exceptional food, drinks, and a party atmosphere for both younger as well as adult parties. Parking held directly in front of the studio. Just a short walk into your party!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
