About the Space

Excellent space available for off-sites, workshops, team & board meetings, hackathons, presentations, training sessions, viewing parties, shoots, etc. Located in Venice, only 6 blocks from the beach, our space is sure to impress any client or employees! The 250 ft. private conference room is part of a modern mid-century style house, where a successful start-up works from Monday through Friday. The conference room has a great amount of sunlight all morning and part of the afternoon. The space features: - Projector - Projection screen 110 inches - Whiteboard wall (8x12ft) - Corkboard wall (8x12ft) - Owl Labs MEETING Owl All-In-One Audio Video 360 Conference - Mac Mini - Apple TV - iPad - Zoom Room set-up - High-speed Wifi 300 Mbps - Soundproof panels - Large table with seating up to 10 people comfortably (COVID-19 UPDATE: we are taking only 8 guests at a time) - Couch - Mini-fridge - On-site Manager The restroom is conveniently right next to the conference room. Plenty of FREE, easy, and convenient street parking in the area.

COVID-19 UPDATES Due to the current circumstances, we will start taking small groups (up to 8 people) into our private conference room. All guest must: - wear a mask when entering the property - use and stay only in the conference room + bathroom. The kitchen is out of order during this time. - stay home if you feel unwell (feeling fatigue, having a fever, coughing, and shortness of breath) Please know that we are taking extra sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We use disinfectant before and after every booking and spray all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. GENERAL GROUND RULES - No smoking in the building, please! We are a smoke-free property. - Alcohol is allowed. - Outside catering is allowed. - No pets at this time. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please, be mindful of the property. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
