Hi FEMX Family! Our main space is over 2500 sq ft. and is beautifully designed to offer a creative and inspiring place for your event. We are conveniently located literally right next to Holiday Inn Express across from the airport/old Town and we have a special pricing for those needing lodging! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings

Space was good for the baby shower event. All the extras we rented were readily available. Initially, we couldn’t connect to Bluetooth and couldn’t find microphones, but was able to get in touch with the host after an hour.

Disappointed in what was actually available to use as props. The only areas available was the kitchen, the blue background with chairs and the fake plants. For what I paid I expected more. I essentially just used the white walls and had to pivot the photo ideas to work with what I had. Outside of what I named and a few props available in a back room, certain items weren’t there. I expected a couch there, table with pink chairs, no desk, abstract wall, or white swing chair. I saw when I arrived under the host rules that you need to request a piece of furniture 48 hours prior. So that may be my mistake but what is actually there is the only thing that needs to be advertised so I can know ahead of time what piece of furniture I would be requesting to add. Just misleading and inconvenient and I called again after I received the code to ask about this but I didn’t get an answer or a call back.

Venue has WiFi and a speaker so we played some music. When I arrived I found business letters on the floor and food on the table. The blue area looks great (like on the pics) - perfect for podcast or so. The kitchen looks very clean and new. I’ve checked also out the pink area and was a little bit disappointed. On the images it looks so good, but it’s pretty dated. It definitely needs some new color on the wall. I would book it again.
