We are conveniently located literally right next to Holiday Inn Express across from the airport/old Town and we have a special pricing for those needing lodging! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

The space was clean, spacious and as described. The colorful walls are fun. There is a lot of space with white walls, but the lighting there is not as bright. I appreciated that I could stop in for a tour before my reservation and that the space was easy to access and use all day. Thanks!

Yes, I would book again.

Noe was responsive and provided info on his AV equipment so we could rent video conferencing equipment to hook up with what he offers in the space. I wish the space provided trash bags in standard practice, as it's impractical for people traveling in from out of town to bring their own.

Fabulous space that is very flexible. Plenty of street parking and hotel parking next door for just $5. Chair rentals made it very convenient. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

This event venue was awesome!!! We are so glad we rented this for our 2-day dental continuing education event, and we hope to do it again here sometime soon! Noe was extremely responsive, fair, and helpful with all things booking before and during the event. I'd recommend this space to anyone!

Yes, I would book again.

We rented this space for a video shoot. The studio is nice and big which allowed our team to shoot in various spots throughout. Note, that the pictures on this listing are a little deceiving as the majority of the space has white walls. Also, if you're renting for a video shoot, this space overlooks the freeway which can be quite loud. Overall, we liked the space but had different expectations based on the listing. The host was super organized and responsive which was a huge help.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was excellent! Noe is a responsive and helpful host. There were clear and easy to follow instructions on how to use the space - and it was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We used the space for a client presentation and utilized the tables, chairs and projector. We were very happy with this spot and would use it again in the future!
