About the Space
Modern Victorian 2500 square foot three-story home with an open floor plan in the living areas, children's rooms, and a large master bedroom and bath. Newly renovated, this Victorian home is nestled in a tranquil, tree-lined cul de sac. This unique property offers an architectural blend of modern and original details: center staircase, stained glass, and hardwood floors. The sweeping living space integrates the dining and kitchen area. An office to the left of the entry compliments the living area. The all-new kitchen has plenty of storage, Carrara marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and designer lighting. The three bedrooms on the second floor are spacious, sunny and each designed as adorable kids' rooms. The third floor boasts a unique, versatile layout used as a spacious master bedroom and en suite bath. This great Victorian home has an amazing front porch and a private driveway accommodating two vehicles. In addition, the property sits on an oversized lot with a recently redesigned backyard consisting of a pergola dining space, outdoor fireplace, and multiple sitting areas. The house next door to this one is also available for shoots or holding under a separate contract.

I've been using peerspace for the last 3-4 years all around NYC for commercial video ad's. I think Madison's home has the most value for its price. The home has three levels, all with different looks, the exterior doesn't scream NYC like a Brownstone would and you're not lugging equipment through elevators or fighting for parking for camera/eq. I can't speak highly enough about the home and Madison, she was easy to work with and the home was perfect for our needs. Good natural light throughout and all we needed was to balance that out in some areas. There is a train that runs nearby but the noise pollution was minor.

The location and host were an absolute pleasure to work with! Production schedules don't always stay on track and Madison was very responsive and accommodating to our team. The location was beautiful and has plenty of space for multiple production set-ups. Hope to book with her again!
