WE DO NOT RENT AT AN HOURLY RATE. Pricing is $1,250 for Space Fee. Mobile Bar Minimum Beverage Spend is 2 drinks minimum per person at $7/drink. This space is a private oasis that allows you to host an intimate get together insulated from the hustle and bustle of our production brewery and taproom. With 2,100 square feet, there is ample room here to host large gatherings. Our tables, mobile bars, seating, and complimentary furniture can be combined and arranged to meet the exact vision for your event. You are more than welcome to bring in your own soft drinks and outside food but absolutely no outside alcohol. If you're planning a large party, this space can be combined with the West Warehouse to provide a variety of options for your guests. Turn this room into a DJ dance room, silent auction, presentation room, or more. Tables, chairs, lights, games, A/V equipment and a designated staff member are included with any private event space rental. Your event can be completely customizable to fit your needs. You can bring in your own caterer or food truck and your own entertainment. We are happy to suggest food vendors and other types of activities. This space is great for baby showers, kids birthday parties, small receptions, birthday parties, dance room, art shows, presentations, and an addition to any West Warehouse event. Max.
