There’s a parking lot attached to the right side of the building. It’s not fabulous, but it’s free. Please ignore the signs and park in any spot you find. Like any big city, please don’t leave valuables in your car and be aware of your surroundings! Please let me know if you have questions about parking, happy to assist! :)

Southeast facing 7' span the loft. There are light filtering curtains in the bedroom area. Mornings are brightest and the golden hour reflects gold and purple hues off of the downtown Detroit city skyline.

The walls are a bit thin and neighbor noise can be heard in the bedroom area of the loft nights and some weekends. In the summer (May-Sept), there are two floor AC units that vent to two of the windows.

Stairs, Elevator

You can load in from the street in front of the loft. There are two steps and two sets of doors to navigate. The elevator is historic so there are two sets of doors to open/close. Please be sure to close both doors all the way so that it does not remain stuck on a floor.

Bedroom area is separated from the rest of the loft. While there are not doors, it is an area separate from the rest of the loft.

The circuit breaker is accessible and can be found to the right of the loft's front entrance door.

Care / We kindly ask you and your team to: + Take loving care of our space + Respect our hardworking, kind neighbors + Tidy up after yourselves + Return the space to its arrival condition. + Share any damages and/or maintenance needs so we may address them ASAP. Furniture + Structures / Please: + Be gentle with our furniture + props (many are vintage/fragile) + Let us know in advance if you'd like to move items + Gently lift furniture instead of dragging it + Return all items to their original locations + Ask for written permission to alter the walls/structure (e.g., paint, screws, adhesives, etc) + Allow our team of professionals assist with any updates Overtime / Peerspace bills any overtime beyond your check-out time at 1.5x the rate, per half-hour. When booking, be sure to account for setup and teardown time to stay on schedule and within your budget. As we often have incoming guests and/or a cleaning team arriving at your check-out, it is nearly impossible to extend bookings in real-time. Other Things to Note / Smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti of any kind or substance are not permitted in the space. Children are welcome, please ensure to take every precaution for their safety in this space. Please wear face coverings in all common areas to help ensure the safety and well-being of our neighbors.

All furniture must returned to its original location. PLEASE gently pick up furniture and ensure it does not drag on the floor as it is very loud for our downstairs neighbors. ♥️
