About the Space

The center is located at our corporate headquarters, and totals 2,800 square feet with movable furnishings that accommodate up to 96 people. We are just a short drive away from fantastic food, a vibrant nightlife, a growing tech industry and our state government. There’s never a dull moment in the state capital! Renovated in 2017, the center features amenities you need to host meetings, seminars, leadership retreats and conferences. State-of-the-art technology, including a projection and audio system, multiple TVs, microphones and cameras are available for your use. This center is also equipped with a podium, rolling white board and easily movable tables and chairs. In addition, the center has a large counter and sink, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note that weekend hours and rates available upon request.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space! We conducted interviews for a documentary series and the room was extremely quiet and spacious. An elevator makes gear ingress and egress quite easy. We'll definitely book again when we're back in town.

We had a luncheon meeting in the room, which was exactly as advertised: clean, well-organized, well-equipped, all-in-all an excellent meeting/training room (it is very wide, so would work best for a trainer that likes to roam the room!). Victor was very responsive and the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
