All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The center is located at our corporate headquarters, and totals 2,800 square feet with movable furnishings that accommodate up to 96 people. We are just a short drive away from fantastic food, a vibrant nightlife, a growing tech industry and our state government. There’s never a dull moment in the state capital! Renovated in 2017, the center features amenities you need to host meetings, seminars, leadership retreats and conferences. State-of-the-art technology, including a projection and audio system, multiple TVs, microphones and cameras are available for your use. This center is also equipped with a podium, rolling white board and easily movable tables and chairs. In addition, the center has a large counter and sink, mini refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note that weekend hours and rates available upon request.

General Rules
A COI is required to book this space.
Once booked through Peerspace, we will have the rental party sign a license and indemnity agreement.
Alcohol may be served under special conditions, only with prior approval, and must be served by a licensed bartender.
Signs may only be placed in areas pre-approved.
The use of glitter, confetti, lit candles and incense are not permitted.
Decorations may be placed on sign holders or tables.
Taping, pinning or screwing decorations to walls is prohibited.
If damage occurs in a room and/or there is a loss of equipment, the responsible group/party will be assessed a fee reflective of the cost for replacement/repair.
The use of space outside of the conference room, including lobbies and hallways, must be approved in advance (this includes the use of space for registration, signage, and catering needs).
All conference room reservation “no shows” are treated as cancellations less than 48 hours before the event.
We reserve the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion and for any reason.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
