When you book the space you agree to all our rules, so read them all! Our rules make it possible to keep sharing our space with the public. 1. No smoking inside the building. Back porch is okay for smoking. 2. No congregating in front of our next door neighbor’s home. The only purely residential building is next door to the West. You may load in and out in front and to the East of our building, but not to the West. 3. This will cost you money: Cleaning fee covers 2.5 hours of cleaning before and after event. Extra cleaning will be charged to you at the hourly rental rate. 4. Please consult us before bringing in loud music. 5. Bag all garbage, tie off and leave in the cans on the patio or haul away with you. We provide two 32 gallon trash cans. Any more garbage than will fit in those 2 cans should leave with you. 6. We provide two rolls of paper towels, two rolls of TP, and 2 kitchen garbage bags for each event. We take inventory of all disposables before and after and will charge you extra that you use, based on posted prices. 7. Rager Clause: We believe in win/win partnerships with our hosts and fostering a laid back atmosphere of mutual respect. Therefore unexpected loud noise and/or reckless behavior may cause your event to be terminated early, without a refund. We have never had to use this rule, but we still reserve the right to.
