***Guest is responsible to have all proper (film) permits and insurance needed for use of space.*** No smoking in the building. No pets allowed. Generator allowed if needed. Outside catering is allowed. Must remove all trash upon leaving. Guest understands that the owner may be on the premises. Behind the scenes photos may be taken by Hosts for use in Peerspace and/or social media accounts. Rates can vary based on amount of people, time, and overall scope of event. Please message me to discuss pricing options. **Overtime Charge: =1x The Hourly Rate Overtime is charged in 30 minute increments. This means that there is a 29 minute grace period. If guests are still on the premises 30 minutes after their booking has expired, they will be charged an additional fee of the hourly rate. The hourly rate will be charged for every 30 minutes that they remain on premises thereafter. This includes time needed for trash removal. **Pricing & Fees: Rate listed is for up to 25 people. For events over 25 people there is an additional $150 per hour fee. Mandatory On-site Security Guard fee - $100 - added to every booking reservation. Mandatory Cleaning fee $250 - added to every booking reservation.
