About the Space
This heavenly backyard can be rent for photo shoots, film, or any other production. The space is 10,500 sqft which you will have lot of space. The backyard have pool, bar, and lots of space to set up your equipment. Rental Equipment: (ask for prices) Backdrop stand Backdrop 72" - yellow, white Backdrop 42" - black, white, nude Daytime and nighttime photo shoots work well, the space is private and quite. Wifi is available and electric outlets at the house and next to the pool equipment. I am a professional photographer myself so if you need a photographer on site available for negotiable prices. POOL HEATING: Extra charge for pool heating: $300 (24-36hr prior notice necessary to start heating) AVAILABILITY: Available Daily 8am-10pm.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
