About the Space
This is a fully functioning apartment in a landmarked brownstone with 600 square feet of living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom space. The apartment offers access to finished backyard with a deck, turf space and two large trees (17' x 60'). There is enough furniture to host a team offsite and enough floor space to rearrange furniture for a photoshoot or other needs. The apartment also includes an exposed brick, non-functioning chimney and natural light from the street.

There are two standard windows in the front of the apartment with light filtering shades, one small window in the bedroom and a door with a window (no covering, no direct sunlight) that leads to the backyard.
The sun is brightest in the mornings in the front of the apartment.

It would need to be loaded via the front door. There is one step down and a small step through the door. there are three steps in the back of the apartment that lead to the bedroom and outdoor area.

- No burning of fragrant candles, incense or use of fragrant sprays.
- No smoking inside the home or in private outside spaces.
- No pets unless discussed/agreed upon.
- Garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the trash or recycling bins before leaving.
- Be mindful of wood floors and furniture.
- Please leave it the way you found it!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The apartment is cleaned with covid-19 in mind and follows CDC recommendations. This means we wear ppe when cleaning and use soap and water to clean before disinfecting with an alcohol based product. Once the apartment has been disinfected, it is not entered until your arrival.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
