Large residential home; 25 minutes away from lower Manhattan, within the NYC production zone, and 15 minutes from Bayridge, Brooklyn. Large 5,000 sqft., all brick center hall colonial featuring a grand curved staircase, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry room, garage, finished pantry, unfinished stand-up attic, open concept living room, white kitchen (island seats 8). High ceilings (11') with lots of large windows and natural light. Onsite parking for 3 cars/suvs, and plenty of street parking. Tons of production (enough room for wardrobe, hair makeup, catering, etc.). Large backyard. Patty was a wonderful host and her house was perfect for our needs. We were a big crew with lots of equipment and long shoot days and Patty could not have been more accommodating. She made our lives so easy by letting us rent her tables and chairs so we didn't have to haul them in. She allowed us to leave our equip. overnight which sped up our process massively. She was so understanding when we needed to move furniture or when our plans shifted. She went out of her way to make things easier on us. The house was a 25-30 minute drive from Williamsburg each morning for our crew and cast, it is massive with multiple options for filming and space for the cast and crew to be comfortable. The area is quiet, there is ample parking nearby and on the street, and we felt like we really found a gem. Additionally, the house is within the NYC production hub which makes things a lot easier as well. Can't say enough good things about Patty, her husband, and her sweet dog Scruff, who made it into the commercial!
