About the Space

Large residential home; 25 minutes away from lower Manhattan. 15 minutes from Bayridge Brooklyn. 5,000 square feet, all brick center hall colonial featuring a grand curved staircase, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry room, garage, finished pantry, unfinished stand-up attic, open concept living room, large white kitchen. High ceilings (11') with lots of large windows and natural light. Onsite parking for 3 cars/suvs, and plenty of street parking. Tons of production (enough room for wardrobe, hair makeup, catering, etc.). Large backyard.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Patty was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The pictures don’t do justice to how immaculate this space is. It is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. I recommend anyone looking for a space on Staten Island to consider this location first.
