All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our studio is a fully curated space with tons of natural light perfect for indoor lifestyle photography and intimate events. There is a large open space that can accommodate I to 30 seated guests and 3 additional rooms that are completely styled and themed perfectly for lifestyle Photoshoot. The studio is also inclusive of a mounted backdrop stand for headshot and and studio photography. This studio also comes with a newly renovated bright kitchen designed with photography in mind and 1 standard bathroom. The Studio space also comes with a green faux grass wall that can allow for basic modifications for personal branding for events.* Chairs and tables are available for rent at an addtl charge.
