Located in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled apartment with windows on every wall. The views during the day are fantastic - but it's even more magical at night! Right out the window, you'll see a unique scene of diverse and historic Chicago architecture with the bustling city below. Everything is top of line and interior design is a passion of ours - so the furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on. The kitchen and living room are open. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have a 2-person bistro dining table and 3 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room for groups to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace. The building has a 24 hour doorman and great amenities including a movie theater, gym, rooftop "sky lounge" with grilling stations, and a year-round rooftop terrace with outdoor hot tub (closed during winter months), sun beds, and lounge seating.
