About the Space
WE ARE COVID compliant, Indoor/outdoor spaces for safe co-working, lots of places to wash hands, and regular cleaning and sanitary procedures. The space is mostly an outdoor venue, a speak easy of glam with beauty salon, tattoo suite, and gardens, as well as multiple "sets". Antique filled gardens, fire pit and fireplace, romantic lighting as well as shade sails, give the space a warm intimate feel any time of day. We have furnishings and seating up to 10 with plenty of space to spread out. Easy level load in and out into the alley with murals and gardens.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
