All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our LA-based Photography, Film Production & Music Recording Studios can offer you an amazing setup with a perfect environment, professional service and contemporary technologies! In our studio, you will have the perfect control over the elements including lighting, professional setup, or background options that may have an effect on the outcome. Be it commercials, tv-shows, indie films, interviews, podcasts, music video, recording studio, photo studio, dance studio, yoga is ready to support all of your needs.

General Rules
The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the building ''unless studio and renter discuss ahead of time." Smoking is allowed outside the building or in special areas on the rooftop. Renter is responsible for clean up of smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarettes, etc) before leaving.
• Renter requires to begin his/her studio time on time otherwise all missed time will be included in renters cost and no additional time will be added in renters cost.
• Music has to play quieter after 11 pm.
The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.
All ages are allowed in the space

Yes we do have security cameras on our front & exit doors.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
