We have multiple sites of parking area at the property depending on what vehicle you drive and weather conditions. The cabin can have 5+ cars, and 1-2 down the road. Let us know what kind of car you will be driving and we’l work something out.

Thank you for visiting our space. We look forward to have you as guests. In order for both guests and hosts to have a pleasant experience, we respectfully ask that you follow our Guests Rules: -No smoking (including Marijuana smoking) is allowed. -Young children must be supervised at all times inside and outside of the property. -Guests are solely responsible for their attendees’ actions and that any minors are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. -No loud parties. -Guests are required to obtain their own liability insurance and permits for film/video/photoshoots where applicable. - Guests are to inform the host in detail of the nature of their intended event. -No illegal or obscene activities are allowed at the property. Please inquire before bringing loud, very large equipment or unusual props to be used. We love animals but absolutely not allowed to bring them without prior approval from us. Certified service dogs are welcome but please notify host before booking. -Host and Host’s designee reserves the right to stop event immediately and guests and their attendees will be required to leave the premises if rules are violated. -Host will not provide alcoholic beverages. -Guests are responsible for checking road closures and conditions, weather conditions, and any natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, floods, winds, etc,) that may affect their event prior to booking or arriving. We will do our best as Hosts to inform guests as soon as possible upon knowing of such circumstances. -Overtime rates/fees apply for exceeded number of guests and/ or time. -Anticipated time of set up and tear down should be included with booking. -Host and Host’s designee reserves the right to supervise the event to ensure rules are followed. Host reserves the right to keep the Master Bedroom during the event but will allow use with prior permission from us. We will not be in your way but rather be on standby for any questions or concerns and to make sure our guests are comfortable. Please message host for any questions. Thank you.
