All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A full kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, stove, mini-fridges, large island and bar stools Dining table with seating Large HD TV Outdoor terrace area Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available across the street in the Macy's furniture parking lot. It is an hourly rate lot. Please note, this space is connected to our leasing office. The room will not be fully private when the office is open. See below for office hours. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. General Rules
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

Yes, I would book again.
The space was beautiful! Unfortunately we weren’t really able to use the patio due to there being no lighting outside and we booked it for the night so it was extremely dark. When we arrived it was 84 degrees in the room and when we asked for assistance with turning on the A/C from the receptionist his response was he didn’t know how to change the air, he had the same response with the lights on the patio as well. It was a little disappointing that I wasn’t able to use the patio for space and pictures with my photographer due to it being so dark. Receptionist was a little rude and acted like he didn’t really care nor show much effort to fix the problems.

The space was beautiful all my guests enjoyed the views and settings of downtown. The staff on site were great too. I would just make sure you double check that all outdoor amenities are working ahead of time. Only 1 fire pit was working and the waterfall feature was broken for repair. Disappointed, as it definitely brought down the quality of the place in totality.

The space is beautiful, well thought out, plenty of seating and serving space. The outdoor fire pit's were just what we were looking for. The employees and the residents were all very friendly and helpful. I hope to find another excuse to host another party here in the future.

I can't say enough about our experience. The place is impeccable, with a beautiful shaded deck. We had a memorial service on the deck , it was a beautiful afternoon in a beautiful space. The staff was amazing! Thank you!
