Your space reservation time includes time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend a half hour before and half hour after your event time.
At the time that your reservation ends, please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you.
Guest will have to provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary. Must put classroom back in the same configuration found. Trash and all personal property removed. Tables wiped down and floor swept
Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.
We hosted a valentines party for 10 couples. It was a fantastic space. We were able to use the tables for a nice dinner then move the tables for activities. Christy was wonderful to work with. The decorations were an excellent touch. Will definitely book again next year.
