Versatile McKinney Meeting Space - This space includes a lobby, water fountain, coffee station, glam room that can be used as a breakout room or smaller class room, and large studio space great for large meetings. Space is very open and can be utilized for a variety of needs. Studio space is 1000sq ft with extra tall ceilings great for large meetings, community meetings, training programs, etc. 6 tables and 35 chairs available (included in rate). Can be set up multiple ways (see photos for a few examples). This is for MEETINGS ONLY with no food or drinks allowed. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
