Listed rates are variable, and can go up or down depending on the following factors: - crew size - motion vs. still - permitted or unpermitted - insured and non-insured - quality of portfolio/general experience We love hosting film shoots, and while this property is BRAND NEW we have hosted over 50 bookings in the last year, and will always try our best to accommodate your creative needs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
