Welcome to The Estate - A private and tranquil desert retreat spanning nearly 4,000ft² (372m²), situated on a sprawling 20,000 SF lot graced by 20 palm trees and breathtaking mountain views. Located in the highly sought-after Little Tuscany neighborhood, the five-star locale is literally steps away from famed N Palm Canyon Drive. LOCATION: Palm Springs has long been a destination for jetsetters, a playground for the rich and famous and a town that holds secrets of old Hollywood. Just minutes away you will find the past homes of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope, amongst other of Hollywood’s elite. The stories of movies set antics, the Rat Pack and even the mafia took place just outside the door. Here at The Estate Palm Springs, it is our mission to take you back in time to the glamorous days of Palm Springs, with the modern comforts of today. ABOUT THE SPACE: The Estate is fitted with contemporary flair while featuring today’s smart-home technology, including whole home audio, WiFi, Apple TV’s in every room and state-of-the-art bathrooms with ToTo washlets. Unique to The Estate, we have added a custom workout room featuring the Peloton Mirror, which offers an array of live virtual classes, a Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill. The crown jewel is the recently renovated backyard which features all the luxuries of a five-star hotel including a heated salt-water pool and spa, natural gas fire table, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and putting green. Oversized, luxury chaise lounges surround the pool, while an array of seating options abound the expansive grounds. An outdoor kitchen under the sparkling Edison bulbs in the gazebo offers an easy option for al-fresco entertaining, with seating for ten. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, dual dishwashers, a wine fridge, Nespresso machine and every kitchen gadget imaginable for entertaining indoors or out. Dining options are abundant - dine in style in the formal dining room, pull up a barstool to the breakfast bar, grab a coffee at the breakfast table or enjoy al-fresco dining on the veranda or in the gazebo. The five bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to bring whimsy and flair into the home with names such as The Marilyn Suite, The Royal Blue Suite, The Banksy-Inspired Room, The Safari Room and The Beverly Hills Room. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Dual washers and dryers available in the home, and there is ample parking with a three-car garage and two gated carports to accommodate up to ten vehicles. THINGS TO DO NEARBY: In addition to the nostalgia of yesteryear, this unique city boasts a wide variety of high-end and unique shopping boutiques, upscale fare and nouveau cuisine, along with a bustling nightlife for just about anyone - from casinos and old school lounges, to trendy speakeasies and Irish pubs. The Estate is a quick 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from fine dining and shopping. Palm Springs is a golfer’s paradise with numerous courses to choose from, plenty of trails for hiking and not to be missed is the Aerial Tramway offering breathtaking views of the desert.
