The Loft is beautiful and very spacious. We utilized the space for a photoshoot, and there were many options for poses and photos. Overall, great experience from the place to the host to the cleaning crew. Highly recommend.

The space was clean and as described in the profile. I was able to reach Danielle via text, and she responded in a timely fashion. We used the space for a photo shoot, and the photographer had a lot to work with. The natural light was beautiful!

Really beautiful spot, and host was fantastic with information & quick responses to questions. Also really organized with PDF and video of how to get into the unit, how lockbox works, etc. - really helpful.
Racheal B. booked a team meeting for 6 people
Great space. It was perfect for what we needed. The only downside is that the internet went out for about an hour while we were there. Probably not something the host could control.

Everything was perfect. I did a photo shoot there this past weekend and Danielle was very responsive and sweet and kind. I’ll definitely book again. 🤍
Cat F. booked a production for 3 people
The hostess was very accommodating and communicated very very well. The description is a little off. I thought it was $50/hour, but weekends are double, so be aware of that. The hostess was extremely helpful when explaining it, since it wasn't clearly listed on the ad. The directions to get into the building are almost like a scavenger hunt!! (I enjoyed it personally, but someone else might find it daunting.) The building itself is a little... intimidating. It's in Detroit and not exactly in a great part of town. Even at 10 am on a Saturday, there were several homeless folks nearby. The odor when you open the door to the building is a mix of mildew and old basement. It's very overpowering. The building alarm was going off the whole time we were there, but you couldn't hear it inside the room luckily. The space is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator to get there requires prayers and a good luck charm to use. Lol! It was difficult for me to carry all my equipment while being 9 months pregnant up the stairs, so be aware of that. The space itself is very nicely decorated. The lighting by the windows is harsh in the morning (we were there at 10 am in Summer time), and the bedroom is dimly lit, so bring OCF if you're a photographer. Otherwise, it perfectly fit our needs!
