Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Clean Commitment in Action We created our Clean Commitment to reassure our guests and Team Members that their health and safety are top of mind. Our efforts laid out below outline our response to COVID-19. Our new cleaning practices for hygiene and sanitation exceed our already high standards. We are meeting or exceeding the requirements of the CDC and local State of Nevada requirements. The state of Nevada requires face masks to be worn in public areas. An independent professional cleaning company is hired for each and every event. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces. We’re focusing on high-touch surfaces. High-touch surfaces include door handles, stair handrails, light switches, countertops, restroom faucets. Guests and Team Members must practice physical distancing. Staying at least six feet apart from others will help minimize risk. Keep this in mind while moving around the property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

CHATEAU ROSE - upscale meeting retreat location. We'd love to host your next executive retreat, team building activity or off-site. This gorgeous 7800 SF castle style estate is situated on several acres and less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip. Amazing amenities await you at every turn. Huge custom pool, tons of grassy areas for lawn games, trampoline, pro-sized tennis, basketball and volleyball courts! This fabulous entertainment property has it all! There are 9 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and offers a Game room with pool table, and new flat screen TV’s. There is also a Casita available full living room, mini kitchen, bath with shower and a private bedroom for 2 guests.

15 cars may be parked inside the gates. No street parking. Uber/Lyft must drop off/pick up inside gates.

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $600, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
