FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELF CATERING IS ALLOWED YOU ARE WELCOME TO WORK WITH ANY CATERER OF YOUR CHOOSING. SELF SERVE OF BEER, WINE, AND CHAMPAGNE IS ALLOWED ONLY. IF YOU INTEND TO SERVE HARD LIQUOR, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU HIRE A LICENSED AND INSURED BARTENDER, IN ADDITION TO ACQUIRING A 1-DAY HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE. HOSTS CANNOT SELL TICKETS OR SELL LIQUOR, OR TAKE PAYMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES Set Up & Breakdown: Hosts are given 1 Complementary Hour for Set Up. Guest should not arrive during this time. Breakdown and cleaning must be done within the rental time. Cleaning: The expectation is that the space is returned how it was given. All tables wiped down, floor swept, garbage thrown out to trash chute, and everything turned off. Building Policy: Because this is a mixed Residential/Commercial building we ask that no hang outs be done outside the Event Space or building. Please be respectful to our neighbors when entering and leaving the building. No Noise Disturbances. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING Overtime: The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the building. No glitter, confetti, chalk bomb, or firework candles can be used. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Hosts cannot sell tickets or sell liquor, or take payment of any kind on the premises.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
