Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Love the space and the price for everything we needed! Shakerah was more the gracious enough to let us come in early and set up! The only main thing (and given that it was New Years Eve) it was hard to reach her to get the heat to work for the party! It was cold for a very long time before we finally got ahold of her! She was the only one who could control what the temp was set to! Also, note that if you have guest who come in and out or arrive late, you need to hire your own doorman or security to let them in! Other than that, seriously we had a great time! Would rent again knowing everything and just asking upfront! Would recommend!

Working with Shakerah was great. She was flexible and accommodating to my event needs. The space itself is brand new, modern and comfortably fits 100 people. Other bonuses of the space are its South Loop location, elevator accessibility and number of bathroom stalls. The space does require a door attendant but that was not an issue for me. Everything about the space exudes class. I would definitely book this space again.
