About the Space
Our huge apartment has large windows throughout the unit bathing it in light making it perfect for filming, photoshoots, or meetings. Join us up in the trees of Edgewater's scenic Magnolia Glen on Chicago's historically eclectic North Shore. Close to Loyola University, our 2nd-floor apartment is a few blocks walk from the beaches of Lake Michigan. Living room = 21' x 15' Kitchen = 16' x 9' Dining room = 18.5' x 12.5' Sun room = 12' x 9' Back Office = 10' x 9' Front Bedroom = 12.5' x 10.5' Middle Bedroom = 12.5' x 10.5' Back Bedroom = 9.5' x 8.5' Front Bathroom = 7.5' x 6' Back Bathroom = 7' x 5' As the owner of this 1914 three flat, you will also have access to additional storage possibilities in another part of the building. You will also have access and use of our back patio with gas and charcoal grills, which (weather permitting) you can use for shooting, meeting & smoke breaks, or craft services.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
