The double door entry leads you into this grand 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom home with hardwood floors throughout. The master retreat features a separate sitting area and fireplace, designer perfect walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. The huge family room has a wet bar and french doors open out to lush gardens, patio, and pool area. The large open living room with fireplace looks out to a beautifully landscaped yard. The home also boasts a home gym, an open kitchen with center island, tons of cabinets, walk-in pantry, separate breakfast area, and french doors that open to the backyard. This family home is complete with a large laundry area, den/office with built-in cabinetry, and maid/guest quarters with its own bath. The best experience I've had through Peerspaces. Peter and Bruno are extremely communicative, kind and generous. They were always on site to help with anything we needed and respond extremely quickly to our message. Kind to our entire team. We had requested to see the property a few extra times and they were always accommodating to that and any last minute requests (and we had many!) They were able to heat the pool for us and we had the entire space available to us. The home and backyard were BEAUTIFUL and extremely clean. We had so much space for our crew, talent and clients. hHghly recommend!

This House was an amazing find. Peter and Bruno were wonderful to work with. They were very quick to reply, extremely flexible, easy going and unbelivably helpful and attentitive on the shoot day.
