Ample Ballroom with Mirrors

A SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED ON CERTAIN EVENTS. No smoking, no marijuana, no pets (other than service animals). Alcohol is only allowed on the premise with proper licensing and insurance. There will be a staff member on site for all events to answer questions about our space, and to keep an eye on the venue. This is a dance studio, so for events that are not utilizing the entire space, there might be students coming in an out of the other ballrooms. All ballrooms have their own exterior doors, so we will do our best to divert students around and away from private events. All ballrooms have balconies, however they have very small maximum capacities due to fire safety restrictions. Our parking lot is small, however there is plenty of street parking available, and several companies nearby that allow us to utilize their parking spaces on weekends & after normal working hours. We will provide incoming clients with the list of business that do or do not allow parking, and the times its allowed. Guests are responsible for dealing with their own garbage, 500 DOLLAR CLEANING DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
