About the Space

Our Loft studio has 2 modern English townhouse inspired kitchens, each with its own unique look. As a one-stop shop for shooting food, we have onsite props & cookware available for an additional charge, as well as production gear rentals. Perfect for shooting cooking shows, recipe videos, food photography, food events, and any other food/lifestyle-related content. **Please note this is a studio space, and it's recommended that renters bring production lighting. Sets DO NOT come pre-dressed, as we want to provide our clients with a blank canvas to mold their ideas from. Cookware, props, and gear are all available onsite. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

The space is really ideal for a kitchen/cooking/food segment. I highly recommend adding the prop rental package as there were lots of good looking, colorful options. A helpful reminder is to book a lot more time than you think you need. We went overtime by 13 minutes due to their post-shoot cleaning guidelines, but were charged an extra 30. Leave extra time for your crew to sweep all areas (even ones you did not use), hand wash dishes that can't go in the dish washer, take out all trash bags including bathroom etc. the place has to be spotless.

This Space is stunning! It worked perfectly for us as we needed two kitchen spaces one to film in and another to prep in and then swap. We rented props and I'm so glad we did, the options were beautiful and though out. We look forward to filming here again in the future.

When you rent at Jikoni you get to work with their wonderful staff who help you every step of the way. We had a headcount of 15 and everything flowed really nicely within this stage for interviews and product shots. We will be back for the other stages.
