About One Wealth Architect
Our unique Training Room can be used as a classroom setting or conference setting. We have 7 training tables with space for 3 people per table. We also have a conference table for business meetings and trainings. For lectures we have two white dry eraser boards, WiFi and a TV for presentations used with an Apple TV or HDMI cable.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hosts were fantastic and very accommodating! We were upgraded to their larger space for no additional cost due to the size of our group. Meeting space had everything we needed for our team retreat — seating, TV and HDMI for slides. Only challenge was parking, but we were able to find enough space across the street. Would book again.

Overall, it's a great space. I loved the kitchen access and the host; the small, kind lady who helped throughout my stay. Everyone else was helpful as well by helping me set the table and chairs. I just wish there was better parking available.
