All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our unique Training Room can be used as a classroom setting or conference setting. We have 7 training tables with space for 3 people per table. We also have a conference table for business meetings and trainings. For lectures we have two white dry eraser boards, WiFi and a TV for presentations used with an Apple TV or HDMI cable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
We rented this space for one of our workshops, the owners were amazing hosts, providing all what we were needing, the space is so practical and super clean, we give seminars/workshops for contractors around the city.
