All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Over 2500 square feet newly renovated townhouse with designer furniture. There are four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two living rooms, a back patio and a roofdeck with views of the city. The house was gut renovated 12 months ago and has been decorated with high-end furniture, no expenses spared. The house is great for group gatherings, photo shoots. Four stories. Living room on the 1s floor four bedrooms on floor 2 and 3. The basement has been turned into a living room / TV room and sleeps 4 more with a full bathroom on that floor too.

General Rules

No smoking, No parties. The place is excellent for group gatherings whether for a few hours or overnight. Shoots are allowed in the presence of owner or a designated member of his team. We have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room. The basement has been turned into a second living room / TV.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
