All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Corner property with lots of light and free street parking in most areas surrounding the property: 1st Fl: Kitchen / Dining / Living / Fireplace / Back Patio 2nd Fl: Master Bedroom #1 — King Bed / En Suite Bath / Walk-in Shower 3rd Floor: Bedroom#2 — 2x Full Beds / Bedroom#3 — Queen Bed / Bedroom#4 — Queen Bed+ En Suite Bath / Hall Bath+Tub Basement: Gym / Full Bath / 2nd Living Room Doubles as Bedroom#5 — Full Bed + Full Pull-Out Couch Common Areas: 2 Floor Single Mattresses / Pack N Play / Changing Table and Bassinet Up and coming neighborhood in transition which is just a short walk to Rittenhouse Square (~10 blocks) and the Center City District. All other attractions are within a walk or 10-minute Uber drive with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars within reach. Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie street in America) is just 10 blocks east, w plenty of local transit close by and the subway 6 blocks away. *Maximum is 16 guests, however we do not permit 16 adults as this is ideally setup for some children with adults.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
