- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Located just minutes outside downtown Fort Worth, our space offers a blank canvas for your next film/photo shoot, event, art show, seminar, meeting, workshop, or casting call. - 1000 Square foot fully equipped production studio with 24' x 22' white cyclorama (infinite) wall. Background lighting is RGB capable, which allows you to turn the room to any color combination. --- Included in rental --- Green Room access with 2 hair and makeup stations 2x C-Stands 2x Lightstands 4x Sandbags 2x Extension power cords Multiple paper background options WiFi access Facility Features: - Fully Climate controlled - Parking available on-site - Completely wheelchair accessible **Please note the studio is currently not sound proof** **OPTIONAL @ an additional cost of $45/hr: includes ability to set up and use any of our other rentable spaces. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
