• No smoking or alcohol within the space.
•Park in the lower lot if possible.
• No activities or meetings that would be disruptive in a regular office environment.
• All event guests can park in the available parking in the building parking lot except in the reserved spots.
•The renter and their guests can use the Guest wireless for internet connectivity.
• Tables and chairs in the room will be arranged as requested by the renter, if other than standard setup is requested. Please place all trash, paper, cups etc. in the trash receptacles.
• Renters are responsible for any damage to the facilities and/or contents and fixtures. All damage must be reported. Room Renters will be expected to cover all repairs and replacement cost of any damage equipment or the facility itself and/or the contest of the room.
• Nothing shall be attached to the walls, ceiling or any fixtures.
• The renters shall assume all responsibility for all actions of their guest and shall allow no unlawful or disruptive activities.
• The meeting room shall not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• The kitchen, refrigerator and coffee can be used. The renter is responsible for any supplies.
• Outside or self-catering is allowed.
• Renters shall keep the equipment clean and free from damage from food and drink.
• Attendees agree to not use other office work areas, staff computers, staff phones, or the other areas of the building. Use is limited to the room rented, common entry area and public restrooms.
• Any copies needing to be made must be done by staff and paid at the time the copies are made.
• It is understood, our LLC is in no way responsible for any personal injuries, property damages, or other liabilities that may be incurred during use of their facility. Renter agrees to release indemnity and hold our LLC, its employees, the building Landlord harmless of any such damages.
