  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A unique creative studio and event space offering a blank canvas with high ceilings, a front space with stage, and ample parking. The studio offers a flexible space that can be used for many activities. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Atlanta, Decatur and surrounding areas. Perfect space for: Art shows Birthday Parties Launch Parties Meetings Workshops Banquets and more! WEEKDAY RATE ($50/hour) Monday - Thursday WEEKEND RATE ($75/hour) Friday - Sunday Hours for Viewing Space (By Appointment Only) Monday: Noon 12 pm - 6 pm Tuesday-Friday: 10 am - 6 pm Saturday: 10 am - 3 pm

This was a perfect space and perfect size for my art show. It was a pleasant experience working with host De Marcus. And he was always available if I had any questions. He is a very nice guy. I completely recommend booking this location and working with De Marcus.
