All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our classes, parking lot, and the rest of the facility (6000 sq. ft.) may be used for video/photo shoots. The layout of the space is a classroom setting. Desks, tables, and chairs may be re-positioned, added, and/or removed as needed. We have multiple classrooms for use, each with a different Disney theme of decor. Our common area can also be used to take breaks or intermissions, set up gear and equipment, etc. while enjoying all the wonderful decorations. We do have a snack bar where cold beverages, candies, chips, and other snacks may be purchased. If the entire facility is not needed, message with details of what's needed, and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

DATA has a large parking lot where vehicles may be parked for free. If the parking lot is needed for anything other than parking, such as an event or video/photo shoot, it must be rented at the rate of our Event Listing. If the whole facility is rented (Production Listing), the parking lot may be used for more than just parking.
General Rules
REGARDING RENTAL HOURS
TOTAL TIME OF RENTAL - the total time of rental is the time you arrive at the facility to the time you have left the facility. This includes setup time and breakdown. If more time is needed, overtime will be added at the same hourly rate (1.0x) to the nearest half hour.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Any damages will be reported through Peerspace, and the renter will be fully responsible to cover the costs.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES
Since the facility is supposed to be returned to the condition that it was in when you rented it, any extensive cleaning needed from the host will require an additional charge per hour of cleaning at the rate rented for.
No Adult Film Productions allowed.
The rules are very basic. Keep in mind that we are a kid friendly business, therefore there would be no smoking, vaping, drug, or alcohol use at any time. Other than that, please treat our space with respect, and there will be no issues. Thank you!

Yes, I would book again.
Chris and his team are amazing. Their space offers many shooting options due to multiple classrooms and other rooms with the school. Parking onsite was helpful and made for loading gear in and out very easy. In additional to their space Chris was always available to us via phone and e-mail when we had questions. Great guy and great space.
