4 Bedroom/ 2 bathroom House with tons of character and charm.

Awful! I picked this place because it was last minute and the reviews were good. He arrived 45 mins late which he only notified me about 30 mins prior to the reservation. When he arrives he let's us in saying he hasn't been to the place in weeks because of his mom's illness. We booked the place a week b4 that and you didnt even drop in to touch up? Smh but because of his mom I was nice about it. He said we could stay however long we wanted since he was late. Cool deal right? However, when he left to get tissue and paper towels, we looked around and the house was awful. It looks nothing like the photos. It's much more used and ran down. Those pictures are super old. The fridge and freezer was hot and full of spoiled, melted food and knats. And the kitchen smelled awful for it!! The bathroom sink was dirty, fecal remnants in the toilet, and large amounts of soap scum in the shower and the shower door. The floors were not swept or mopped. And the place was HOT as fuck. My party was supposed to start at 6 but instead of decorating, we had to clean super fast. When Chris arrived back I asked him to stay and help clean because it was ridiculous!! He did help. But my guest started coming in and they had to help finish cleaning and decorating which is so bad. We didn't even have time to get my games set up because we were cleaning. He claimed the a/c was done but was old and would take time to cool which was BS because we didn't leave until 1:30am and it was still baking. Nothing that is working properly, should be that way. He went to the store and brought 2 additional box fans. So I had 3 box fans to cool the place. They were hideous and embarrassing to use but it helped so whatever. My friend got stuck in the bathroom because the mini looked they attached to the door was bent and jammed. The door wouldn't close without it.i sent out for more ice because the drinks were so hot because the fridge was broken and never cooled down. After the party was over and the guest left, me and my friend cleaned up behind ourselves as I always do. And we took 2 hours to rest b4 our 6 hour drive. But we just sat on the couch because the bedrooms were unkept as well. I basically hurt my back rushing to clean up. I paid 410.00 to clean and set up my own venue. I do events all the time and this was awful. I asked for a 50% refund since we used the space but we did all the work. This snake of a man tells them that the place was clean and the extra time made up for his lateness. Like omg the place was trashed. Broken window in the living room door unlike the picture, hot, and dirty and this isn't all of it. We did his job for him. I thought he was a nice guy until he lied. But that's ok because he's been reported to the higher ups and I will be comped that way after they finish investigating. Hopefully the next time he rents he'll do his job b4 the guest arrives. Like these reviews say it was for their visits Smh

Great location, super quiet neighborhood other than birds chirping. Plenty of street parking, long driveway. Awesome host. Good experience all around. Thank you!

Really nice space. Got to use 3 rooms for my photoshoot, the natural light coming in through the windows was really helpful. Chris was fantastic and hope to use this space again in the future
