All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are an International Art Dealership and this Gallery specializes in British Modern & Contemporary Art with Impressionist & Post Impressionists work also - think of museum quality pieces in a Gallery. The space is 1000 square feet with three rooms that flow into each other with Mid century modern seating. Perfect for up to 50 standing guests with finger food & wine and could accommodate 10-20 for dining. Tiburon is a beautiful town - 25 min drive or ferry ride from the City with three fabulous Italian restaurants and incredible views. Our space can be used for cocktail parties, photo-shoots, Board meetings, intimate catered dinners/luncheons!

General Rules

No smoking in building No red wine in the room with cream carpet Background music allowed but no loud music Outside catering is allowed Wine Bar next door can easily provide wine & champagne

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras exist in the 3 main rooms to protect the artwork

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
